At 2XU, we are dedicated to providing world-class compression and performance gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all high-performance garment tags remain securely attached.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange.
